Absolutely. All products on this page can be delivered nationwide using our chilled, vacuum-sealed packaging, or picked up directly from our Hastings store.
Matangi meat is bred, raised, and finished with care on our two properties in the Tuki Tuki Valley, Hawkes Bay. We do not buy in animals from anywhere else. Our cattle are specially bred for eating quality. They are then grown for a minimum of 24 months, this combined with low-stress farming practices and dry-aging techniques, all contribute to better marbling, deeper flavour, and a more premium eating experience. Our lamb is all finished on chicory for a minimum of 35 days, which enhances flavour and the nutritional properties of the meat. We are a fully integrated farm and butchery operation, offering personalised customer service that is second to none.
Each order is vacuum-packed and delivered chilled or frozen, (depending on the cut and time of year) packed in ice. You can store unopened packs in the fridge or freezer. We include tips and best-before guides with every order to make your experience hassle-free.
