Matangi Angus Beef is a partnership between the Haselsteiner and Gaddum Families- (pictured left to right) Jamie Gaddum, Inge Haselsteiner, Robert Haselsteiner, Nicky Gaddum.

Robert and Inge Haselsteiner are the owners of Matangi Station and Matangi Angus Beef. Jamie and Nicky own our second farm Atua, Jamie is our Farm Manager, and Nicky our Business Manager.

Nicky & Rachael strive to create personal relationships with Matangi Angus Beef clients in order to provide a bespoke service.

Paul Greaney, Master Butcher

Paul Greaney, Master Butcher is Hawkes Bay born and raised. With over 15 years experience in the craft of butchery, Paul has twice been a finalist for New Zealand Young Butcher of the Year. His award winning sausage making skills saw him take out the New Zealand Supreme Award for his Village Pork Sausage in 2013. Paul is passionate about Matangi Angus Beef and enjoys taking the time to custom cut to our clients specifications.
