"So why have we settled on Matangi… well a few friends who work in the restaurant industry first recommended we take a look and we decided to order and compare; we haven’t been disappointed. The goods show up on time, neatly prepared in vacuum sealed packs insulated and kept cold. The product presentation, flavour, marbling and the taste is in a league of its own. I’ve tried the mince, tomahawk, tri-tip, NY strip and they remind me of growing up in the States and visiting the steakhouses with big cuts of USDA Prime steak. After a few dinners with general consensus from friends and family, we’ve made the permanent switch. The cost is not much more than we spend at the butchers but the value/quality is hands down better."
