We recommend trying methods like reverse sear, BBQ grill, or pan-fry followed by oven finish, depending on cut. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness—medium-rare is typically 54–57 °C (130–135 °F).
Yes. Vacuum-pack the steaks and freeze promptly. Thaw overnight in the fridge for safe, high-quality results when cooking.
Absolutely. All of our Top Cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped chilled overnight nationwide. We dispatch each week on a Wednesday, for delivery Thursday. You can also pick them up directly from our Hastings store.
