Dry-aging concentrates beef flavour and improves tenderness. Our steaks are aged in controlled environments to deepen taste while retaining juiciness and quality.
We recommend trying methods like reverse sear, BBQ grill, or pan-fry followed by oven finish, depending on cut. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness—medium-rare is typically 54–57 °C (130–135 °F).
Yes. Vacuum-pack the steaks and freeze promptly. Thaw overnight in the fridge for safe, high-quality results when cooking.
Absolutely. All of our Top Cuts are vacuum-sealed and shipped chilled overnight nationwide. We dispatch each week on a Wednesday, for delivery Thursday. You can also pick them up directly from our Hastings store.
