Marrow bones can be roasted and enjoyed as a delicacy, or simmered into soups and broths. Stock bones are ideal for long, gentle cooking to create nutrient-rich bases for soups, sauces, and gravies. We recommend you remove your bones from their plastic packaging as soon as they arrive at your home. They can be safely repackaged and refrozen.
Beef fat (tallow) is a traditional cooking fat with a high smoke point. You can render it for frying, use it for roasting vegetables, or even add it to pastry for extra richness.
