Silverside is the top part of the Round; a working and tasty muscle makes fabulous well basted roasts. Silverside can also be used to make delicious American style Corned Beef, succulent Italian style Bresaola, spicy South African Biltong or be thinly shaved to prepare Japanese style Sukiyaki. 

Like every other Matangi cut it holds rich 100% grass fed beef flavours enhanced by our unique 3 weeks dry aging process.
